Mike Brown, gone, Danny Ferry, gone, guy who sells the peanuts in the 3rd row gone. Everybody is at risk because Cleveland's number one priority is re-signing LeBron James. But LeBron is not acting like the feeling is mutual. He wears Yankees, hats, hangs out with Jay-Z and likes Philly Cheese Steaks, not Ohio's specialty. It would be a blow of massive proportions if he decided to sell his home in Akron and move elsewhere. LeBron James literally supports Cleveland's economy, the revenue he pulls in for tickets sales and paraphernalia keep small businesses open, allow jobs in the local media market available and keeps people spending money. Without LeBron, their left with Shaq as the frontman of the team, now unless Shaq is telling Kobe to tell him how his ass taste, nobody cares about Mr.O'Neal. Then the team would start losing, like all Cleveland teams do, Indians, Browns, etc.If James were to leave his team, the city of Cleveland would die, the entire city and all his inhabitants, drop dead and die like the people from The Happening, which sucked ass, thanks M. Night Shamalyan for another weird crappish movie.
The City of Dreams, The Concrete Jungle, the lights, the cameras and the biggest media market in the world, the perfect spot for LeBron right? New York has put together a list of celebrities to woo LeBron into becoming a Knick. Donald Trump, Alec Baldwin, Charlie Rose, Whoopi Goldberg, Phil Simms, Spike Lee and Chris Rock have created a dream team much similar to Jordans' and Olajuwons', ok, maybe not so much. but is Spike Lee really someone you wanna take basketball advice from, the man that supported the drafting of Ranaldo Balkman and Jordan Hill. Well what if LeBron pulls a Kobe move and ignores Chris Rock and crew?
If he doesn't go to New York, Knicks fans will surely lose all hope in basketball, the days of Patrick Ewing, Willis Reed & Earl Monroe will never come again. The Knicks have been looking to sign LeBron for over 3 years now getting rid of Stephan Marbury, Ed Curry, Jamal Crawford, Nate Robinson & Zach Randolph to clear up the their cap space. They've went through horrible seasons, Chris Duhon is their starting point guard, yikes!!! The fans have been sold believing that all this was to get The King, if they come up short, they still have cap room to get a few superstars, but is Joe Johnson, Amar'e Stoudemire or Chris Bosh an acceptable consultation prize? I think D Lee's feeling would be hurt too, LeBron doesn't seem to care that he's on the team, he rather see him traded for someone, I thought they were buds too.

Well for one, it would be a huge blow to the future legacy of Mikhail Prokhorov, he came in with huge expectations and superpowers. I actually thought he had laser vision, he's the true embodiment of Dos Equis, the most interesting man in the world. If he doesn't land James he would be viewed as, well, human. Just another NBA owner of a bad franchise. They also have no appeal to any of the other superstars. LeBron is the only person that could take this roster to a NBA Finals, Paul Pierce, Chris Bosh, Dirk Nowitiki and other couldn't do much with this other than make the playoffs, they don't make players better than what they are like James does. this could also hurt the relationship of LeBron and Hov and the Legacy of HOV. Jay might want LeBron to stop throwing up the rock sign, LeBron might want Jay to stop referencing to him in punchlines. It could get messy, Hov is Michael Corleone and LeBron is Fredo, stabbing Jay and the Nets in the back by not joining the family, I can hear Jay now "You hurt my heart LeBron, YOU HURT MY HEART!!!!"

It could mean total complacency for Chicago, they have a good already without LeBron, but nothing special, just another first round exit, I mean, they've got to be tired of that. It would also be disappointment since they made moves to acquire him, trading Hinrich, firing Vinny Del Negro and having a food festival dedicated to him, I mean, how cool is that? its awesome, that what it is. So if they don't land him, they're left with a big food festival and no star and not many options to make a Championship leap getting other superstars. They could possibly increase their chances if they would agree to unretiring Jordan's number so James could wear #23, but I don't see that happening,
All these teams seem to forget that they can't all have LeBron, he just one man. One team is gonna be very happy and successful, and the others will be in limbo, trying to figure out....now what?
