Another Great Piece From Miss Davis
Everytime I hear this statement… my fists bawl up, my eyes get all Uncle Ruckus-y, that little vein in the middle of my forehead starts hulking, and I am overcome with a rage that even Chuck Norris would fear. Wanna know why? Because second to any sentence with the word “nagging” in it, this statement is one of the most feared, and insulting things you can say to a woman.
WHAT IT REALLY MEANS…
What you’re really doing is grouping ALL women into one category, ascribing everyone the same beliefs, and the same treatment. It says we all walk, talk, and comb our hair the same way… Outright, it’s denigrating. It completely removes the guy from the situation… and shoulders black women with the weight of whatever random argument is being had at the moment.

Me and one my fellow bloggers Deanna were having a conversation last night about "why is natural hair such a big deal now a days" and this article became a byproduct, visit her blog at http://djanay.wordpress.com/

He can't save us.
What is the obsession with natural hair? It seems that amongst getting caught up in the hub-bub of some afrocentric reversion back to our “roots” this might be just a fad… Now there are some people who legitimately got tired of getting relaxers. Its not permanent, and you spend so much money to risk the chance of leaving the salon bald-headed, bleeding, or worse — dead. If you fall into the above category I’m not talkin to you, ya’ll straight. But summa ya’ll went natural, grabbed the closest copy of “The Souls of Black Folk,” and started on your campaign to conjure up some “dormant” appreciation of our African American heritage on every tan person who now crosses your path.
News Flash:
Natural hair will not save the black community,so gimme a break.

Black women, my beautiful black women, why do you trouble us so? You ask us if your getting fat and when we say no, you call us liars. If by some incredibly idiotic reason we would say yes, we suddenly turn into the worse people in the world.
We love you unconditionally but if we look at another female we're gonna get smacked silly, SILLY. We talk to you as much as we can, but let a day or two go by without a call or text and that nigga has got to be cheating...WHY???

Know Yourself, Love Yourself (Why Women must act this way!?!)pt.1
By: Janiessa Norice
Okay I’ve unfortunately been subject to view this catastrophe. Young women these days aren’t young women I can’t even call them one word immature doesn’t fit. Oh wait LOST, lost is a perfect term. Understanding everyone comes from a different background not everyone gets the worlds greatest parents or parents at all.
